When can I expect my order?
I mail out orders typically within 3-5 business days. After that, domestic orders take 1-3 business to arrive after it is shipped. International orders take  2-4 weeks to arrive. Both domestic and international orders have tracking, so you can follow your order.

How does pre-ordering work?
Pre-orders are paid up front and are then shipped out to you as soon as they arrive without you having to do anything further.

How long do pre-orders take to ship out?
There is generally a 4-8 week waiting period, please note that production times may be further extended during the holidays. In order to deliver the goods to customers as soon as possible, we try our best to shorten the production and transportation cycle to repay customers' trust in us!
We would like to remind our customers to please read the product description of the item you are purchasing as pre-order production and processing times will vary depending on the release and product.  However wait times do not include the time for your package to be shipped, only the time it will be in production and in quality control.   When all the items in your order are available they will then begin processing for shipping.  Once your order has been shipped you will then receive a notification email that will include your tracking information.   Depending on your email settings these may end up in your spam/junk mail so best to keep an eye out.

If I order in-stock items with pre-order items, will it all ship together? 
I will ship everything together, so that means orders with pre-order items will be placed on hold until I receive the pre-order items in hand. 


What is your grading system?
I do not have a grading system. In general, all of the pins sold are a standard grade. I currently do not offer any perfect A-grades. Unless stated as B-grades (pins that have small yet visible air bubbles, markings, indents, or incorrect colors), you can assume that every pin, which are hand filled, will have slight variations from each other and are considered standard quality.


Once I have placed an order will I be able to change my order or request for a refund.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are non-refundable.  (When you are purchasing from our store, you are then agreeing to our Terms & Conditions that are in place.) This applies to all products and pre-orders. However, if you have received a defective product upon delivery a replacement will be sent upon request.  (Please view our Refund/Return Policy page for more information). Due to the limited nature of our products you may not switch or cancel items within your order once your purchase has been finalized.  Please carefully review your order prior to check out.
